Using the panel below, please take a moment to ensure your, audio, microphone and webcam are set correctly before entering the room. 1. First, click allow giving FLASH PLAYER permission to access your microphone and webcam. 2. Next, select your microphone from the left panel drop down menu and speak into your microphone. If you hear yourself then others in the webinar room will hear you also if it becomes necessary for you to speak. 3. Then, select your webcam from the middle panel drop down menu. You will see yourself streaming live if you have an active webcam selected. 4. Next, click the button “Check audio” from the right side panel. If you hear the message then you will hear people speaking inside the webinar room. If you don't have a web came and microphone, just ignore steps 2 and 3 above. You may then proceed to log into the room using the login box, below. We look forward to have you join us. |

MAC users must be using OS 10.6 or higher to run FLASH 11 (Adobe's latest release). Without OS 10.6 or higher, users will simply see ablank screen when logging in and will NOT be able to access the webinar. Take the time to upgrade your OS if necessary.
